Hello!

After working as a fine artist and discovering firsthand the profound impact of the creative process on emotional well-being, I knew I wanted to help others use art as a means of expression, communication, and healing.

As an art therapist, I believe in the power of creativity, connection, and compassion to support healing and transformation. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and deeply relational, honoring each client’s unique story and inner wisdom.

Grounded in Polyvagal Theory (PVT), I help individuals develop safety and regulation through creative expression, using art as a bridge between the body and mind. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in exploring their inner parts with curiosity and self-compassion, fostering integration and self-leadership.

My work is particularly focused on those navigating eating disorders, chronic illness, and family support, offering a space where both the struggles and strengths of these experiences can be expressed and witnessed. I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us—and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to reclaim their narratives through creative exploration.

I offer individual and group sessions both in person and online via Zoom.

I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of this land, the land of the Dja Dja Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. I pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture, and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
